I used the phone app which I temporally added to the shelly notwork

It can find the smokes but when added they always say "pending connection" in the app no matter how often I put them in to setup mode
they become pingable but pending does not go away

any ideas why that is?

my phone is not connected to the wifi and I do not want the app on it
network assignment is done by a nac appliance using certificates and mac addresses

I just want the shelly to send a specific email on alert which then triggers a SMS

I have 3 shelly smoke to monitor two rooms in our office
I wanted to try them with a new cloud account but I can not find them

all our device types have specific network segments so my computer is not in the same network as my phone or my shellys

is there no way to manually assign a shelly to a cloud account?
