    I have two identical Shelly Plugs in the same room. One connected to a washing machine and the other to a dryer. I tried switching them and it seems that the problem has nothing to do with the device connected. One of the plugs randomly shuts off with a over power message. I opened a ticket and the solution was to contact the shop I bought the device from to have it replaced.
    They returned the device after two weeks saying it is ok. I can't understand this attitude since I previously mentioned that Shelly support advised to have it replaced. They must have this over zealous Illuminati technician that thinks I have joy in having devices replaced!.

    It didn't last 4 hours to have the over power message. Still waiting to see what they'll do, but I have a feeling I'll have to make a formal complaint both at the Shop and with Shelly.

    You can down load log files corresponding to each channel and also the channel total.
    Its easy to analyse the information using excel.
    You only get minute resolution on the last and current day, unless you constantly download the file and filter out the days where you have minute accuracy.
    After one day the data is stored with 10 minute resolution.

    I'm having issues downloading the files with complete results. I get files with missing day information and also with duplicate day information.

    I'm trying to do an analysis using my stored data.

    I've been having problems downloading 3em log files. I keep getting incomplete values. When incomplete, the whole day is missing.
    I also get repeated values.
    In both cases when repeated, or missing, records correspond to the whole day. By whole day I mean the 144 records.

    Anyone out there can confirm having this issue or not please?
    Two of people I know that have the 3em are having the same problem. Both own then 3em for more than a year.

    Another thing that I noticed is that when there is missing records you find in their place repeated ones.
    I have an open ticket with shelly support and I'm getting a response that this has to do with "internet issues".

    Not sure what the internet has got to do with this. I think I'm connecting to the device locally. My wifi signal appears as "Excellent" . Both PC and 3em are less than a meter a way from the AP.
