I have two identical Shelly Plugs in the same room. One connected to a washing machine and the other to a dryer. I tried switching them and it seems that the problem has nothing to do with the device connected. One of the plugs randomly shuts off with a over power message. I opened a ticket and the solution was to contact the shop I bought the device from to have it replaced.
They returned the device after two weeks saying it is ok. I can't understand this attitude since I previously mentioned that Shelly support advised to have it replaced. They must have this over zealous Illuminati technician that thinks I have joy in having devices replaced!.It didn't last 4 hours to have the over power message. Still waiting to see what they'll do, but I have a feeling I'll have to make a formal complaint both at the Shop and with Shelly.
The shop where I bought the plugs replaced the one with issues. Now I'm starting to have the same issues with the other one. I think I have to send that one for replacement as well.
