it is not 0.08v for sure. otherwise shelly wouldn't start and the blinds wouldn't move at all!

I have few blinds at home with Shelly installed and one of them started to behave funny since yesterday. It does not open or close for more than 1 second.
Calibration also stops for the same reason. What I found bizarre is that the voltage indicated is 0.08V. I don't for certain but it feels like it is related. Tried resets/updates but nothing works. Does it mean it is faulty? Has anyone else faced such problem?
Cheers

Helly everyone,
I am looking to find a way to control the tilt of venetian blinds. Has any one of you managed to find solution to this? I see that potentially flashing with tasmota is a solution, however to my understanding is not fully integrated either. Is there is way with the original firmware (or perhaps a new feature in future firmware is the only way? ). Would be great if you can share your experience on this.

I'm afraind not..
This is what I got from Shelly support.
This is a Zer-crossing error. It can be due to your load or due to a lot of noises over your power network. We are not able to confirm.
Please use it with Neutral connected.
Thank you for your time!
Thanks for this. it somehow makes sense, as in my case this happens randomly and previously happened as well on other lights where i had to install neutral at the end. Sometimes works great and sometimes is really is a pain. Question is how to solve it though. I hope that they soon make Tasmota available for dimmer 2 and get more control over such settings. I doubt Shelly will release firmware update to make this less of an issue. Since technically the shelly starts i see no reason to forcefully shut down after 1-2 minutes of operation due to this.

I experience same problem without neutral. I believe the load is too little (in my case 13W) . It should work still on paper. Hopefully they fix it

Same problem here since today. With neutral installed

Hello everyone,
i noticed that one of my shelly dimmmer2's keeps rather high temperature on idle (52 degrees). The only difference between the others is that it resides in drywall as oppose to concrete wall. Installation inside the socket is exactly the same. What is the normal idle temperature you are getting with your dimmer2's?
I also opened it inside and one of the capacitors looks rather white (not sure whether this is normal)

Hello everyone,
I recently bought and use few shelly dimmer2's and have few open points which are not written in the user guide
Does anybody know whether you can use any Line clamp to connect to mains?
Can you use other Line clamp to bridge with the rest of the electrical installation? Reason for asking this is is very limited space where i cannot add further Wago clamps

Ich habe das gleiche Problem auch über die App mit der neuesten Firmware. Es ist definitiv ein Softwareproblem. Im Moment ist es für mich völlig unbrauchbar
