Hi everyone! I have a ‘Shelly Pro 2PM’ switch and was wondering if it would be ok to use it to turn off/on my small 1600W (which I think equates to about 7.5 Amps) swimming pool pump? I also hoping to use it to monitor the power usage.
Furthermore, I only plan on using 1 channel of this 2 channel switch.
Is this possible and straightforward ? Any warnings or issues that I should consider?

Hi there!
First of all, I'm not a qualified electrician (but, I will be hiring one for this installation). But, I was just trying to familiarize myself with the install process prior to meeting with my electrician and something about the video is confusing me (it's schematic related).
[please reference my screenshot containing my device inserted in the bottom right corner]
As you can see from the screenshot, the video first shows a wire entering the top left port on the Shelly device ( with the words on the screen saying "Connect the Load wire to the 01 terminal" ). But, according to the schematics written on the side of the device, isn't the top left port the Neutral wire port (and the one on the top right the Load wire port)?
Thanks to any and all who kindly help clear up my confusion.
