I've been searching for an answer to this for a while, but with no success.

I got a light with 2 wall switches attached to it, both switches with a spring. I would like a click to be on/off and a hold to dim lights, either all the way down and then all the way up or only down and then if i release and hold again it should then dim the light up. It seems that feature should be default for the Shelly dimmer 2, but it doesn't work properly. It might have something to do with the bulbs, but i have dimmer 2's all over my house and no light is dimming at a fixed pace, all the way down and then all the way up, in a nice smooth way. It's more like from 20% to 50% to 80% then back to 50% and 20%.

Is it possible to make your own configurable action/automation? I have them in a HomeAssistant instance, if that helps with the options, i'm just not sure how to start. It doesn't seem there is an option for "listening" for a long press, in the automations section of HomeAssistant.

I tried looking at the Actions in the shelly web UI and i guess its possible, but it seems to only be possible if the button is configured as 'detached', and mine's not. If it is possible to do with actions, i'm not sure if it's just a matter of inputting the right URL.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
