I understand you have try to push and maintain for a very short time, and then push again for a longer time until it should began to dim or lit up ? I have the feeling I sometimes have to turn on the light, then click again and keep it just half a second so it doesn't turn off, and only on the second long press the lights are changing their brightness. I have the feeling that the action is not rock-solid, and most of the time it's fine, but sometimes it's capricious.

So... after one week, I can confirm that the firmware downgrade did the trick, and I didn't had spontaneous turns off since then.
I haven't try to update progressively the firmware, to see from which version the firmware begins to have this bug, because I didn't notice any missing elements or function in between the oldest and newest firmware version.
It therefore definitively is a software, and not hardware issue (luckily), and the programmers should look into it, because now, it will keep me from upgrading.

I actually had the same problem for a couple of days or maybe a little bit more, suddenly, and has I was searching for the reason of this happening and hopefuly a solution, I have done the downgrade of the firmware as you mentionned.
The issue was very annoying as we are approaching winter, the days are way shorter, and the lights are on most of the time. So the "turn-off" thing was very annoying and it seems to me, more and more frequent, in random intervals but sometimes under 2 minutes. (but it might be just an impression).
Since some minutes after the software update, I haven't noticed any spontaneous turn-off, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it was the solution.I will try to keep you updated at the result of this downgrade in the coming days.
Nevertheless, I'm a person that like to have the last firmwares, so I'm quite bugged by that problem.
The good thing is that it allowed me to discover the forum, that I wasn't aware of, and to see that there is a lot of support that one might not get at all when going with pure chinese solutions !
My config looks as below:
1st Dimmer 2 with N - 3x Osram Parathom DIM PAR16 100 36° 9,6W 2700K GU10
2nd Dimmer 2 with N- 3x Osram Parathom DIM PAR16 100 36° 9,6W 2700K GU10
3rd Dimmer 2 with N- 3x Osram Parathom DIM PAR16 100 36° 9,6W 2700K GU10
4th Dimmer 2 with N- 3x Osram PARATHOM DIM Retrofit CLASSIC A 12W 2700K E27 + 2x similar OSRAM bulbs but 9W.
I'm very satisfied with those bulbs, as they have a high brightness and very good dimming ability.
