Albatros L-39 do you have any ideas how I can get around this other than reconnecting the wiring to another schematic.

SebMai I don't think reconnecting the wiring to another schematic is an option as the lights are on the ground floor. Is there anyway to put the shelly 1 in the rose? There is a switched live, neutral and earth in the rose. Would this work?

SebMai I don't have a live at the same switch as I have the switched live and the neutral so I'm not sure how I would provide a live connection to the shelly in this instance.

Hey guys,

So I wired up the Shelly 1L as described in the below diagram but only 2 of the 6 spotlights came on and it was only controllable from one of the switches. I'm not sure this wiring applies to me.

As you can see in the images in my first post above I do have a neutral in the same switch as the switched live wire and the earth. Any further help would be great. Two Way Switching without N Australian wiring Shelly1L.png

Would the Shelly 1 or Shelly 1L be best for this switch? Its a 1 way switch. Also which wiring diagram is best to follow in this instance?

Two way switching with Shelly 1L - Australian wiring

I purchased a Shelly 1 for some spotlights which are controlled by a 2 way switch. I got an electrician to install the Shelly but he told me it wouldn't be possible to wire it without blocking off 1 of the switches as the switched live and live are at different switches. Is there a way it can be wired without blocking off 1 of the switches.

Is it possible to wire a Shelly 1 to get both the switches working or would a Shelly 1L be better in this instance? What would the wiring diagram look like when connecting it up?

I'm new here. I done a search but I cant seem to find what the differences are between the Shelly 1 and Shelly 1L.

I understand that the Shelly 1L can work without a neutral but thats not a problem for me as I have a neutral at my switch.

Can both the Shelly 1 and Shelly 1L be used when there is 2 switched controlling a light?
