found solution. Disconnect from cloud through webpage, then try again via app and it will work.

Hello Everybody.
I just received the new motion sensor from Shelly. Installation works fine until i want to appoint the motion sensor to a room.
the app detects the sensor, i can give it a name, choose a room, picture but when i save i get a eeror
"cannot complete the opperation connection device is lost, please wake up your device and try again."
what to do?
