Did you try to connect your Shelly Dimmer to neutral (connect blue wire from source with "N")?
Is it any different then?
Thank you! I'm not good at schematics stuff, but this solved it! Thanks you for your help!

Thank you for your help thusfar, I have created a ticket. I also asked around if anyone has a classical bulb left for me to use.
I dont have a classic bulb lamp, I don't even think you can still buy them in my country. I've just tried a bedside lamp (also dimmable LED), same result, it dims (although it flickers, but probably due to insufficient load), same result. No on/off possible. Ive also installed Shelly into Google Home, same result, no on/off
Its a string of dimmable 10 LED lamps, 3 watt each.
Thanks for helping me! Yes I can dim the lights and I have also calibrated the device
The white wire is from the source (outlet), the black one goes to the lamps
Hi all,
I'm not a genius with wiring, I tried reading here and in the manual. But I have done something wrong and I don't know how to solve it. I have a Shelly Dimmer 2 on some garden lighting. Everything works fine, except, I can't turn it off with the app, I fysically have to pull the plug from the outlet. My setup is a just a wire with a Shelly Dimmer 2 (without neutral). I have no switch attached. I've set the software to 'detached switch', but I think the wiring has something to do with it. Can someone help me to point to which wires I need to change?
Kind regards
