I am a noob user of home assistant. for the time being all ips from 01-150 are reserved for home automation devices. it will be no problem to use fixed ip (from the web ui). I really hope that the downgrade will solve the problem.

the only change I did today was to set a static ip from the web ui. ( i had static ip in the router too)
I remove it. and time was back. Just now the downgrade is completed. I hope that this should solve the issue.
What is better? to set the static ip in the router or in the web ui? If i set it, in both ways is wrong?

no, there is no time unfortunately

I have tried it several times. It doesn't work and I can not understand what I am doing wrong here.
I only get the following message
Code{"status":"updating","has_update":false,"new_version":"","old_version":"20220209-094317/v1.11.8-g8c7bb8d"}
I rebooted the device, and clear the cache but the firmware remains the same

can you please point out where I can find the previous version and how I can actual do the downgrade?

Hi again
Since last time I posted here, I had to reconnect the particular shelly device twice. As I said I have in the same box 2 more shelly 1PM which are working fine and have zero connectivity issues like this one. In the settings of the 2 (fine working devices) there is an option called "Soft Reboot" which seems to me that is helping them, to stay connected to my network.
However the "problematic" Shelly 1PM haven't got this option. Instead it has the ECO MODE
Is there a way with the appropriate firmware update (?) or else to add this device the soft reboot option?

I manage to have access in the roof yesterday in the afternoon. I rebooted the router, I disconnected the TP link and everything from the set up in the roof. I connected the shelly (after a reset), and I made a factory reset from the app . It has been connected since yesterday. Fingers crossed that it will work ok from now on.

Sorry for the quotes. Well I don't believe that after a year the problem is the TP link repeater. And both other shelly still operate well with the same connection.
And I am not sure that I have to replace the TP link and buy AVM-Mesh-Repeater just to see IF the shelly will work or not.
I think I can disconnect it from the roof and to connect it in my house in the original network to see how it will behave. Right now I don't have a device to connect it. Will it be ok if I just connect it with cables in power?

Routertype?
Accesspoints?
Mesh?
I have a fritzbox 7530 for router. At the roof I have in the same protected box 3 shelly 1PM connected with a TP Link AV 600. The signal is very strong. All shelly devices have their dedicated ip in my fritzbox.

Unfortunately, you haven't revealed anything about your network infrastructure yet.
I am sorry for this. Can you please explain what would you need me to do. I am not so technical educated so please if you have time give me some instructions what exactly you need to know

So, I reset it before an hour ago. What I have noticed (and it did also yesterday) when I tried to connect the device to the wifi although it found it when I selected the device (image below) it didn't do anything. I had to click "include all devices" in order to complete the procedure. Is that normal?
However, it did worked for 40-50 minutes and then it went offline again.
Is there something more I could do?

You can open a ticket.
Or you make a reset and test again.I will have access tomorrow morning. I will try to reset it again. If I reset it should I factory reset it from the app too?
Where can I open a ticket?

No I don't have a spare one. But I can not understand what is wrong with this one. And why all others working ok..
Do you think that someone from shelly could replace it?
-
Sorry now I understand what you mean. No it is not connected to my WLAN. I can connect to my other devices but this one it is not available.
I can ping the other shelly devices.

In the picture you show me the app, but i ask you: is the Shelly online in your WLAN?
I answered I think
You mean that I have to go to the roof and see if there is a "sheely wifi" available in order to connect to it? Right now I don't have access there but in the morning before I reset the device there wasn't available.
if not the above please tell me how can I check it

Can you access the web-ui via browser?

Something more I have to add, is that today I found the android app updated to the newer version which I avoided for a long time to update. (something went wrong with auto update). The newer app as I already have read has many troubles. I was never able to find my devices. There were all unavailable (see screenshot). I had to download an older version in order to able to operate them...

Hi again.
Unfortunately after a few hours the above shelly 1 PM is again offline. This device among with 2 more shelly 1PM are in the roof of th the house in a protected box. They are all working fine for the last 1.5 year. It is not easy for me to go the roof so often to check what is wrong.
Can someone please help me out to find what's could be possible wrong with this device? (the other 2 are ok).

Hi,
I have for a year now a shelly 1PM connected to my air condition. It was working fine until yesterday. Today I saw that it was offline.
When I first saw it it was blinking red. I disconnected from power and after I reconnected it stopped blinking (only red light). It was not connected to the app (offline). I tried to reset it (power off - power on and push 5 times the button of the device) but nothing happens. It just stays with red light.
Can someone help me to fix it please? ( I hope that is not dead)
Thanks
edit: ok I managed to reset it and it is working.
