I also can't get NTP to work, with both a shelly 1 and a shelly 2.5 (the "time" in the top right section of the webpage is always not filled in, and obviously i can't use scheduled tasks).

I tried both with ip and local dns name, and with both the DNSfix firmware and the previous one, and i can't get it to work. It would be strange if it was a DNS problem because in my network config whatever is setup as a NTP server, the request is sent to my router (there's no internet access on port 123)

Obviously in the local log nothing is given as error.

To be honest I've not tried to tcpdump the connection, but it seems broken clear enough

sorry, solved it, i missed one working mode.. now it's all ok

i have no problems with - for example - lights controlled by a Shelly 1: i can say "turn on light in livingroom"

but with shutter it's different. I added it to my room, i had to give it a name, but now if i say "rise shutter in livingroom" alexa says she doesn't know the device "shutter livingroom"

Maybe i should call it "shutter livingroom"?

seems strange..

(and it goes on losing connection to the cloud..)

i've a shelly 2.5 setup to control a window shutter and yes, it works

but i have a couple of questions for alexa integration.

- is it possible to link different shutters with different rooms? My shutter works with alexa, but i can't say "rise shutter in bedroom", so would it be possible to have more than one shutter managed?

- sometimes alexa tells me that the device is unreachable, but i can use it through the app (so cloud is working), is this a known problem?

i've just installed a Shelly 1 in one room, where i hade a 3 point setup. The shelly is working fine, i mean i can control it through the app, through alexa and the phisical buttons ALMOST work,

The "almost" is my question. They work, but they also lose one "toggle" if i use the shelly via app/alexa. I'm giving an example just to explain:

- lights are OFF

- i turn on lights with alexa

- if i toggle the phisical buttons, the light stays ON

- if i toggle again the physical buttons, the light finally goes OFF.

Quite strange. I tried all (i think) the possible setup of the shelly, but this is the best i can achieve.

Am i doing something wrong? it seems the shelly can't see the input as simple "toggle".
