    I have a dimmer 2 that has been working fine for about 6 months well I have 8 in the house and garden room and all have been working fine, but I have one that has just stopped working.

    Firstly it did not show up on the app it would keep saying offline, and only a power cycle would bring it back.

    Then it started to not work via the momentary switch.

    after butting a new bulb in and running the calibration it stopped working.

    I have done the press the switch on and off ten times after a power cycle within one minute.

    I have also pressed the reset button on the unit for 20 seconds.

    I have just ordered a new one and once I have the dead unit out I will do a bit more testing but failing that I will need to return it to Shelly under warranty.

    I have installed a Shelly Dimmer 2 with neutral, but my lamps still flicker below 75% and my dimmer does not work properly. lamps only work well above 75%.

    I have performed the calibration once, unfortunately this did not help.

    Would it help or can you also place a bypass at all if you have already connected the dimmer yourself with neutral?

    I would say that if you have a neutral then no need for bypass and might cause bypass to blow, have you checked that the lamps are dimmable as this could cause the issue with flickering.

    Current version: 20220407-091350/v1.11.8-rc2-33-g1f2d62e55-dimmer2-zxross-timer-improved

    Until now 4 days without unexpected power ons, where I previously had it twice a day.

    How are you finding the Wifi range with this firmware I had four dimmer 2 devices that would drop connect with this firmware release, it affected every device in the course of about five weeks until I reverted back to the stable firmware.

    With the device behind a plaster wall and light switch, the quickest way to get them connected was to power cycle from the main breaker.

    I have used this firmware for 4 weeks and had issues with poor Wifi as the devices would lose connection, I have four devices all in the same location and every week one of them would drop the connection and the only way to get them back was to power cycle them off then on.

    I have reverted back to the stable firmware (20211109-131033/v1.11.7-g682a0bd) for now as having them drop connection is a bit of a pain.
