Apologies for confusing this site with an official Allterco operated entity.
If you'd like to avoid future users in making that mistake, I'd suggest that you stop hosting Allterco's Customer Ticketing System on this platform. Hmm.....
Oh, and yes I opened a ticket a while ago and have received no response.
Given that I only have a few days left to return the device for refund I (and apparently others) have tried to find help here before doing so.

So Shelly explicitly advertises Domoticz as a "supported platform" for the 4pm, using the Domoticz logo etc (https://shelly.cloud/shelly-pro-sma…/#shellypro-4pm) , but it isn't and Shelly doesn't seem to be interested in making that happen either.

Hi, just got my 4PM and the device is not found by the domoticz shelly mqtt plugin which works with my other shellies.
The Pro 4PM product page explicitly shows Domoticz as a supported platform.
Using an mqtt analyzer it seems that the message/topic structure has changed vs older devices.
Do you have another (mqtt or other) Domoticz plugin which works with this device, or how does it integrate with Domoticz?
