An update that may be useful to anyone else who encounters this issue. Last night the app suddenly began to function properly again. I have no idea why. I was planning to uninstall and reinstall, now there is no need to do that.

It is an iPhone 6 running OS 12.5.5 which is the current update for the phone. As I indicated it crashed as I was using the app. This was after using the app for a few months.

Yeah may try to reinstall the Shelly Cloud App please make sure your OS Version is Compatible with the required Shelly Cloud App OS Version for your Device.

A few days ago the Shelly app seemed to crash to a black screen, and now it loads, but all I see is the same black screen. Is this common? Will I need to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it?

Does Shelly in the USA provide the tracking number for US Mail priority mail orders? When I click "track my order" within my order it reverts to the home page.

Yes, I read that, but in all honesty, I could not clealy understand. I found an explanation with a web search and was able to use my wondows laptop to access and integrate the Flood. Now it appears in Shelly Cloud and appears to be functioning well.

Thanks, I found that I could access the Shelly Flood via my Windows laptop using the Flood's IP address. I was able to integrate the Flood into my my WIFI and into the Cloud using that interface. I hope I can use the iPhone app to accomplish this with future Shelly devices, but if that does not work, this seems to be an effective work around.

I am new to Shelly products. I have a new Shelly Flood and I am having problems with the installation. I have followed the included instructions and everything goes as expected until step 6 "save device." At that point I receive error messages that connection is lost or the cloud cannot be reached. Am I missing something? Is there a way to install this using a PC rather than a phone? I am using an iPhone.
