Hi
I was 100% certain, but went to check anyway. It was 100% as per the diagram, however one of the switches is an outdoor switch with a small neon power indication light that ran between com and L2. This was throwing everything off. As soon as I took the light out of the mix, everything worked as it should.
Have attached a picture of the type of switch just incase anyone else has an oversight like mine.
Cheers 👍👍
Hi All
First post so go easy on me. Unfortunately it's a repetitive question regarding 2 way lighting.
I watched a video on you tube from "Home Sight" regarding how to set up using traditional UK wiring (No Neutral at Switch). I am attempting to wire at the ceiling rose, utilising the available neutral. I have basically wired it as per his diagram attached, with the following amendments:
1. No Bypass as I don't believe it's required if I have a neutral available
2. The live to the light is wired directly to "O" on the shelly
3. The supply Neutral is wired into "N" on the Shelly
The problem I am having is that when the far switch is in 1 position, the first switch works, but when I go to change it, the first switch stops working. The Shelly always works as it should.
What am I missing? It's been driving me up all wall all evening.
Cheers
