Would appreciate help
Tested the device at different places and routers - the same result. Unable to connect to cloud.
I did all steps by the book and various youtube guides.
Not the first time to install smart relay , just this shelly pro 4pm not connecting.
I bought 2 devices thtat i want to install , tested both for same result.
One with ver 0.81 Other ver 0.91
This massage show for a brief time:
Connecting device via app all good but also the app loose connection .
Maybe somthing todo with my router?
How did you connect it. Via App or via WEB-UI?
For working correctly in the app, activation always via app.

Your shelly is connected to the cloud?
as you can see in fig 3 - connected
device changes on app appears in the cloud web , so i believe it is connected.

shelly mobile app working fine, just allways offline in the home cloud web
