All seems good now horkatz, the use of auto off did the trick.
I am unable to change the button to momentary, it is currently on toggle switch.

Connected wires to 5&6 as you advised. Just seems strange that if the Shelly goes offline the garage door won’t open either by the button on the door control or with the remote. I need to do some more testing so why the Shelly goes offline.

Just a quick update all wired up to the diagrams and working fine , big thanks.
I do have one small problem though if the Shelly 1 goes offline I am not able to operate the garage through the remote.
