    did you invite your EM into your cloud via the shelly cloud App?

    Yes I have tried, but I always have an error in the app "cloud_connect_offline_err_toast" when I try to add my shelly device to a room (with a firewall).

    You probably wanted to address the thread opener Pierre-Eric Allier. I just wanted to help by pointing out the ports needed for a working cloud connection as he was asking for possibly blocked ports.

    In my installation all shelly devices are on a separate virtual network with it's own SSID and IP range where I only allow web browsing and NTP. All are connected to the shelly cloud, no local management system. For the shelly cloud I had to open forementioned ports in outgoing direction, otherwise no cloud connection could be established. I just had a look at the firewalls livelog to identify needed ports. Range 6000 to 6500 TCP is sufficient. Maybe even less, but this works for sure. I did not open any special UDP ports.

    I have open the port given in my firewall, I was able to connect my shelly to the cloud. Thanks a lot.

    Hello the community,

    I have connected a Shelly EM to my local wifi. The wifi connection and internet access seems to works since I was able to update the device to it's latest fireware (in date of 2022/02/09).

    However, my Shelly device can't connect to the cloud, as shown in the image of the web interface. The cloud is yellow while the wifi is green.

    A possibility : my internet box is blocking some ports required by the shelly, but I wasn't able to find them. Do you know them ?

    Any help to solve this problem is welcome.
