You have made the request of the millennium! I hope shelly hears your prayer, and attends to it
Currently shelly PRO does not support tolerance, preventing it from being used in a professional environment. In my case, the problem reoccurs from time to time, without a temporal pattern. But when it happens, it always coincides with the start of an air conditioner.
Note that after 1, 4 and 6 (overcurrent) the system measures 0 watts for a very short time, 5 seconds to be exact. This is because a program external to the shelly automatically resets the relay. This saves my life! But obviously, it is not a good solution.
I've tried RC snubber, shelly's own, and others alternatives. I have put ceiling Fan Capacitor CBB61 1,2UF 250VAC, but the problem persists. I do not give up, and I continue to do all kinds of tests daily.
I have an environment with 50 PRO shellys installed (and another 100 waiting) and it is frustrating that the manufacturer does not provide a solution to a product marketed under the PRO line.
In my opinion, Shelly PRO it's a great product, but the fact that it does not support even the slightest tolerance makes it unusable in certain environments where there are motors, especially air conditioners.
