Hello I have 2 RGBW2 devices that won't work. The first is stuck on pending connection. I have tried resetting it and I still can't get it to do anything at all. The second I have tried to add and it gets the device already belongs issue. I identified the shelly device on my router and tried to do the longify IP with no luck as well as flash the new firmware using the IP address. I can't get it to longify the ip so I have no way to connect to it.
I need help and I am beyond frustrated at this point. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
