I found it now but I tell thee it wasn’t available earlier !?!?!?? Maybe because new account not synced to somewhere ? But 100% those delete icons were not there previously. Oh well done 👍

Anyway to factory reset the device without connecting to it via app or web interface ?

My device was connected to my network but now isn’t and It hasn’t defaulted back to AP Shelley so can’t access it
