Thanks Gents! ( I wasn't moaning at you guys, but disappointed in Shelly's documentation. Nowhere can I see that L and O are indeed the switch relay, the printed label doesn't show that, and the instructions tell you to switch the Neutral. Not helpful)
BUT
We have a winner! Thanks for your help

Ok....got there in the end and my house isnt on fire so thats also a bonus
I only bought these on Monday so strange it has an 'old' diagram printed on it which clearly doesnt show how they are internally connected. That's all I needed to work it out. THanks Shelly. -
No I think you should call an professional electrican.
Your Neutral is complete wrong on the O
Or SHelly provide good instructions for what is a basic wiring job. Really doesn't help that the diags printed on the devices are different and don't make any sense. Im not stupid and can follow instructions. But when the instructions suck it makes it harder than it should be. The sheer amount of posts on these forums asking the same questions show they could do much better in this area

Or should it be this ?
Man these instructions are awful for the UK market it seems, this shouldn't be this hard!

The printed connection diagram on my Shelly is very different to that shown in the Lexicon......
Mine looks like N is connected to O with a bulb
And the L's are connected to SW
So should I be taking the L into an L and out of the SW ?like the amended diagram ? -
Not usre I understand...that is not what the printed wiring diagram shows on my 1PM's....My picture is an actual photo of the units I have...doesnt show any connection between L and O ??

The instructions clearly show a switched Neutral, unless im being completely dumb.
UK Ring circuit, Wago's used to connect on the right, cables as shown
Socket Tester not happy showing a Live/Earth Reverse ?
What am I doing wrong here ?
