Did you enable the cloud via ‚settings‘ in the WebUI?:
Yes, I commented that also. It's connected to the cloud with a URL, this is why I cannot understand why it's not syncing

I have one Shelly 1 Plus that is fully updated to 1.2.1, connected to wifi, I can access the web interface, and it's also connected to cloud, but when I go into the Shelly Cloud app it always appears as disconnected, not syncing: Device is offline. How can I troubleshoot this issue? I don't have good access to this specific Shelly because its on top of the roof

I read somewhere that the screws diameter where 4.5mm so I randomly picked a 3mm screwdriver and it fitted like ring in finger.

Unfortunately, there is no Shelly available to fulfill this request!
My life, bought two EM and 4 clamps to control both loads and PV/Batteries.
I will think where to set the second one... maybe on some specific load and I will control PV from the inverter which I don't trust 100% (this is why I wanted EM to compare)
